- Course Subscriptions/One-time Purchases
- You may cancel your course subscription by accessing your account and contacting our support team with supporting details at [email protected].
- Cancellations made before accessing the course content will be eligible for a full refund, subject to the refund conditions outlined below.
- If you cancel after accessing course materials or completing any part of the course, refund will not be applicable.
- Live Sessions/Webinars:
- For cancellations of live courses, workshops, or webinars, you must request cancellation at least 3 (THREE) days before the event’s scheduled start date.
- Cancellations made after this period or after the live session has commenced will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
1.Courses and Subscriptions:
- Full refund is available within 3 [Three] days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the course content.
- No refunds will be provided after 3 [Three] days from the purchase date or if the course content has been accessed.
2.Live Courses/Webinars:
- If a live session is canceled or rescheduled by www.zoorvy.com, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another session.
- No refunds will be provided for missed live sessions unless the absence is due to extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Bundle or Discounted Purchases:
- If you have purchased a course bundle or availed of a discounted package partial refunds will not be provided. If you request a refund for a bundle, all courses within the bundle must be cancelled, and eligibility for the refund will be as per the general refund policy mentioned earlier.

- subscription details
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 8 (EIGHT) business working days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 8 (EIGHT) business days to the
original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items
Certain products or services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, course materials, etc.)
- Custom services or consulting sessions
- Any content where you have received a certificate of completion
- Changes to the Policy
