The National Law University in Delhi will conduct, the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) for admission to its undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs on Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMME |

| Eligibility | Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination with 45% marks (42% in case of OBC’s and 40% for SC/ST). Candidates appearing for the 12th standard annual examination in 2025 are eligible to apply. |

Eligibility |
LL.B. or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities). Candidates appearing for the final year LL.B. annual examination in 2025 are eligible to apply. |
| JOINT MASTERS/ LL.M. IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) LAW AND MANAGEMENT (NON-RESIDENTIAL) | (i) Candidates must have completed two bachelor’s degrees in succession, including one in the relevant discipline; or
(ii) An integrated degree programme of five years in the relevant discipline after completing plus two; or (iii) An equivalent post-graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university; or (iv) Candidates completing a four-year bachelor’s programme with Honours/Research, from a recognized university |

| In case the number of candidates at any test city is less than 100, the test center will not be created in that city and candidates will be allotted a test city as per their 2 nd/3rd preference of test city. | |
