Offering four Future-ready specializations in
- Tech and Media Law
- Entertainment & Sports
- Corporate & Financial Law
- Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) & Mediation
These programs combine clinical and legal education, internships, Readiness at Workplace (RAW) courses, and mooting in an interdisciplinary curriculum. This method gives students a strong foundation in business, economics, the arts, and the social sciences—all of which are necessary for success in the legal profession.
Enhancing legal education and preparing students for prosperous careers in their selected legal specializations are the goals of the programs. A creative, socially sensitive, and ethical mindset that has a firm foundation in social and cultural practices is another area of focus.
Internship & Mentorship Program
To develop well-rounded legal practitioners and to help students recognize and value law “in practice” and “in action,” internships are essential. The core of BITS Law School’s dedication to offering varied and rewarding internship opportunities is our committed Industry Interface and Career Advancement (IICA) team.
Law student internships are organized, supported, and facilitated by the IICA Team. Corporates, domestic and foreign law firms, the judiciary, legal regulatory bodies, management consulting firms, legislatures, lawmakers, appellate advocates, alternative dispute resolution and mediation firms, start-ups, research institutions, think tanks and non-governmental organizations are among the many industries with which they connect recruiters.
Through interactive seminars and skill-building workshops guided by industry experts, our Readiness at the Workplace (RAW) program complements the academic core curriculum and has proven essential in providing students with invaluable real-world insights.
