The National Testing Agency (NTA) was founded as a leading, specialized, independent, and self-sufficient testing body to administer entrance exams for admission or fellowship in higher education institutions. However, it has always been difficult to evaluate candidates’ competency for admissions and hiring in a way that complies with worldwide standards based on research and is efficient, transparent, and error-free.
NTA is inviting applications for the “Young Professional” (YB) post through an open market, solely on a contractual basis. The following are the terms and conditions of employment, age limit, remuneration work description, and eligibility requirements:

| Young Professional (25) | Essential B.E / B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) with minimum 70% marks or equivalent grade from a Government recognized Institute /University.
( OR ) Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management/Post Graduate Programme in Management/MBA with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized Institute/University in HRT, Finance & IT/System Desirable Two years post-qualification Work experience preferably in Govt. /State Govt./CPSE/Autonomous Body/University/Research Institution. |
